The Stretch Series is meant to warm the muscles up, lengthen limbs and reduce stress. These are perfect for pre and post Dance Vault classes.

    This time we will go a bit longer in our stretch series. I really want you to breathe and lengthen your limbs. Our bodies need this time to recover after dancing our booties away!
